resmio is basically free. In addition to the free BASIC plan, we offer PREMIUM and ULTIMATE, two other paid packages with many features that significantly upgrade your reservation and guest management as well as online marketing.

Yes, there is! After registration, you start in the ULTIMATE plan and have access to almost all of resmio’s features and services.

The free trial lasts 30 days. This allows you enough time to familiarize yourself with resmio.

Of course! The trial phase ends automatically after 30 days. You do not have to provide any payment details and therefore carry no risk.

After the 30 days have expired, your account will be downgraded to the BASIC plan. You will lose access to some features, but you can still use resmio for reservations without any costs or obligations.

Your account will be downgraded to the free BASIC plan. This entails restrictions in the scope of services. You can switch to the PREMIUM or ULTIMATE plan during and after the trial phase.

The minimum term for the paid PREMIUM and ULTIMATE plans is 12 months. If you opt for annual payment, we grant you a discount on the total invoice amount.

Payments are made either via electronic direct debit or a stored credit card. We will debit due amounts using your chosen payment method in your resmio account. You can also find all invoices there.

No, because we are fair! We do not work with hidden costs – and therefore do not charge any fees for referred reservations / guests. You save real money!

After free registration, you can start using resmio immediately and try out all features for 30 days at your leisure.

New to resmio? Welcome! We recommend that you first add your reservation times and capacities in the settings. You should then integrate the reservation widget and, if necessary, your digital menu on your website and other online channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business).

Yes, that is possible! When switching providers, you can import your reservation and guest data into resmio. To do this, the data must be provided in a suitable spreadsheet format.

Yes, because the protection of your data is our highest priority. We have therefore taken technical and organizational measures in accordance with strict data protection principles. For example, personal guest data is automatically removed from your reservation system at regular intervals after the purpose-related storage period has expired.
