However, your participation is essential: You should have your reservation times and capacities properly set up, plus your widget should be embedded on the homepage so that it’s easy to spot.

We are happy to help and advise you with the setup, of course at no charge!

In resmio, all table reservations from all sources are merged in a central system with the current booking status.

This keeps all employees with appropriate access up to date. Reservation management gets significantly faster, and time expenditure as well as the error rate are considerably reduced.

As a result, everyday work becomes easier for everyone involved without the need for time-consuming onboarding!

You will benefit most from resmio if you also add walk-ins and bookings received via e-mail, by phone, or through other sources to your digital booking system. We know from past experience that operating a traditional reservation book on paper in addition to your digital system leads to frequent mistakes and costs both you and your employees more time than it saves.

We are a software developer and provide you with our reservation and management solution developed specifically for the hospitality industry.

The reservations and guest data acquired through resmio are your “property”, we don’t earn any money with it. This is the main difference to platforms that monetize your data.

If you terminate your contract with a platform provider, you usually also lose access to the customer data. So the question that comes to mind is: Are you willing to pass on your regular guests to third parties?

Yes, our reservation system is basically compatible with other industries as well. In addition to associations, our customers also include, for example, providers who rent out coworking spaces at selected times via resmio.

resmio is basically free of charge. In addition to the free BASIC plan, we offer PREMIUM and ULTIMATE, two additional plans with a lot of features that enhance your reservation and guest management as well as your online marketing activities significantly. More about the rates on our subpage.

Yes, there is one! After registration you start with the ULTIMATE plan and have full access to almost all features and services of resmio. The free trial period runs for 30 days. This gives you enough time to get familiar with resmio.

Absolutely! The trial period ends within 30 days. You don’t have to provide any payment details and therefore don’t bear any risk. After the 30 days your account will be downgraded to the BASIC plan. You will lose access to some features, but you can still use resmio for table bookings without any costs or obligations.

Your account will be downgraded to the free BASIC plan, which will result in limitations in terms of services. However, you can switch to the PREMIUM or ULTIMATE plan at any time during and after the trial period.

The minimum term for the chargeable PREMIUM and ULTIMATE plans is 12 months. If you opt for an annual payment, you will receive a discount on the total invoice amount.

Payments can be made either by electronic direct debit or by credit card. We will charge due amounts to your resmio account via your chosen payment method. Here you will also find all invoices.

No, because we are fair! We do not work with hidden fees – and therefore do not charge any fees on referred reservations / guests. You save hard earned money!

After the free signup, you can start using resmio right away and try out all features at your leisure for 30 days. During the trial period, we will contact you via your specified contact details to support you with the setup and answer any questions you may have.

New to resmio? Welcome! We suggest that you first set up your booking times and capacities in the settings.

After that, you should embed your reservation widget and, if desired, your digital menu on your website and other online channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business).

This is possible! When changing providers, you can import your reservation and guest data into resmio. Therefore the data must be provided in a proper spreadsheet form.

Yes, your privacy is a top priority for us. Therefore, we have taken technical and administrative steps in line with our strict data security guidelines.

For example, your guest data will be removed from your reservation system on a regular schedule once the data is no longer needed for the intended purpose. Embedded widgets don’t load unnecessary cookies. At the same time, we have prepared guides and sample texts for our clients’ data privacy notices.
