    How does resmio handle your website credentials?
    We use your login details exclusively for the purpose of integrating your widget. All data sent to us in this context will be deleted once the installation is complete.

    resmio will install the widget on your website free of charge based on the above information. Your data will be sent to our customer service team by email and then added to our ticket system for further review. We cannot give any guarantees or warranties regarding the embedding of the reservation and ordering tools and are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use and installation of the widgets. A backup copy of the website for any emergency is available. There is no claim to a widget installation by resmio. We reserve the right to refuse requests without giving reasons. Your data will be deleted by us after completion of the request. By submitting your request, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

    Installing the widget through resmio is 100% free for your restaurant. To help you, we just need a few details from the form.

    In short: Without your website’s login credentials, we cannot add your widget. We will, of course, treat the data you provide as confidential and delete it as soon as the installation is complete.

    Alternatively, you can create a separate user account in your CMS specifically for resmio. Please ensure that this user has sufficient permissions to edit the website.

    Our service is, of course, entirely optional; we support restaurant owners with numerous step-by-step guides for the integration process.

    There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to that. Depending on our staff workload, we can usually install your widget within a few business days.

    Even if you don’t use a content management system like WordPress or Typo3, we may still be able to integrate your resmio widget. In that case, we’ll need your full FTP server login credentials.
